Disconnect the parts of scooter
Place the steel pipe over the handlebar to cover
Weld the metals together in order to stabilize the wood
Place wood board on top of the welded metal
Use the lower lock position hinges to connect the two woods as the backseat
When scooter is folded, the two woods of the backseat can be used as a leg rest
The base of the scooter will be used as the "foot" when walking
